Terms of Sales

The general conditions of sale apply between Rando'R'Pyrénées and customers booking an outing. The general conditions of sale may be modified by Rando'R'Pyrénées.

Registration for an outing implies that all adult practitioners (or their legal representative for minors) have read these general conditions and declare that they subscribe to them.

Art.1 Reservations and schedule of outings

In order to allow the organization and the smooth running of the activity, all outings are scheduled in advance, except in exceptional cases or reservations "on site". A reservation system for dates and slots is set up. It is possible to book by simple call, sending an email, contact form, messenger message ...

Since this is an outdoor activity in the heart of nature, the outings are of course carried out according to the weather conditions. The guide will indicate upstream, whether or not it is possible to make the planned outing depending on the weather on "D" day.

Practitioners must scrupulously respect the dates and times set.

The guide will indicate in advance the average duration of the outing depending on the route and the service chosen. This duration may vary somewhat depending on the physical capacity of the practitioners, the speed of the group's driving, any mechanical damage or possible falls during practice.

Included in the overall duration of the activity are: welcome time, adjustments (saddles, helmets, etc.), time for transmission of instructions, time for breaks or contemplation of the landscapes, and meals if necessary. this is a day trip.

The guide, since it adapts to the capacities of each practitioner, cannot be held responsible for the variation of this duration as long as it is consistent.

The outings can be done on different routes, varying in duration, distance, altitude and driving conditions.

The guide will choose the best and most suitable route in line with the demands of the practitioners.

The meeting points vary according to the choice of routes used. Practitioners will have to get there on their own.

Art. 2 Payment and security conditions

All services are paid in advance. No deposit will be required.

The exit is confirmed if there are at least 2 participants.

After having defined the day and the type of exit, a secure payment link is sent to the customer to make the payment.

- In case of impossibility due to weather conditions:

The outing may be postponed as much as possible to another time slot or to another date, depending on the availability of practitioners and the accompanying person.

In case of force majeure, or if the postponement is impossible, a full refund will be made.

On the other hand, if the weather is suitable or "fair" and the guide validates the outing, no refund can be made if the practitioner decides not to do so.

- In case of cancellation by the customer:

In order to avoid any abuse and to unnecessarily block out time slots for the accompanying person, any scheduled and paid outing is required to take place. In the event of cancellation by the customer without a valid reason, the refund will not be compulsory:

==> Cancellation more than 15 days before the trip: nothing is due, full refund

==> Cancellation between 15 and 3 days before the trip: 50% of the service remains due

==> Cancellation less than 72 hours before departure: the total amount of the service remains due

The prices are available on the website www.rando-r-pyrenees.com The prices are expressed in euros and are not subject to VAT, art 293B and / or 261,4,4 b of the CGI. The prices include the supervision, loan of bicycles and helmets and professional liability insurance for the guide The prices do not include transport to the meeting point, sports clothing and shoes adapted to the practice, costs of a nature staff (snack, water etc ...).

Art.3 Recommendations and conditions of practice

With some exceptions, the minimum age required for children to practice is 12 years old. They must have a minimum of cycling habit and be at least 1m40 tall. The guide will be the only one able to judge whether the child can practice the planned outing or not.

For the smooth running of the activity, practitioners must comply with the safety instructions given by the guide, in particular with regard to possible road traffic, safety distances between bikes, appropriate clothing and the necessary to have with you.

The accompanying person cannot be held responsible in the event of a fall or accident in the event of non-compliance with the instructions given.

The practice of E-MTB is a sporting, leisure and recreational activity in the great outdoors, known as “at risk”. When booking, it is the customer's responsibility to check the prerequisites and the level of skill required.

Even if the level of the courses is adapted and personalized, it is advisable for the practitioner to ensure that his physical condition is sufficient before committing. Either way, don't overestimate yourself. Please inquire before any reservation.

Medical contraindications:

Despite all the safety measures implemented during outings, in strict compliance with the rules, procedures and customs in force in this profession, the precautionary principle is applied in order to avoid endangering others.

With this in mind, and also taking into account the difficulty of being able to assess the athletic level and the ease of a practitioner before the activity, it is compulsory to report certain pathologies or certain traumas that have occurred prior to the activity: articular trauma, knees, ankles, shoulders, tendonitis etc ... asthma, diabetes, respiratory or cardiovascular difficulties.

In addition, for obvious reasons, the practice is not recommended for pregnant women, in particular for the vibrations submitted by riding a mountain bike, as well as the risk of falls.

Losses, damage, theft:

The accompanying person cannot be held liable in the event of loss or damage to personal effects during the outing, as is the case in the event of theft in vehicles parked in the car parks of the meeting places.

In the event of degradation of the bikes, by fall or by misuse related to non-compliance with the safety instructions given by the guide, compensation may be billed to the customer, in line with the amount of damage caused.

Art. 4 Image rights

During the outing, the guide will be able to provide participants with photo or video memories of their activity, using their own equipment.

These shots can be sent to clients without any payment being requested.

In return, Rando'R'Pyrénées may use these images for its internal communication.

In all cases, and in accordance with the "Informatique et Libertés" law of January 6, 1978, the customer has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning him. The customer may therefore demand the withdrawal of its own images from any communication medium used by Rando'R'Pyrénées, if it has not previously signed a certificate of transfer of image rights.
